　　西宁是青海的政治、文化、经济中心,汉朝以前是羌族生活的地域。《诗经·商颂》说“昔有成汤,自彼氐羌”,说明青海是华夏文化的发源地之一。公元前476年～前443年,羌人无弋爰剑在秦学得农业知识,教羌人耕种、牧畜,生产力有所发展, ……
