Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：111° 47′ 北纬：39° 31′ 海拔：1297 建筑形式：该台建于岩头寺村西北山脊一平台之上，由台体、围墙两部分组成。台体平面呈方形，剖面呈梯形，黄土夯筑而成；围墙建于自然平形台地上，黄土夯筑而成。现仅存东侧，其余三侧仅存残基痕迹。 材料：台体、围墙所用夯土为浅黄色土，土质较粗。 附近遗存：该台西南与方城1号烽火台相望。东北与岩头寺2号烽火台相望。
